Cancellation and Refund:
Cancellations made outside seven (7) days from the day of class are eligible for a refund, less 20% of the class registration fee.
Refunds will not be granted for any cancellations, no shows, or for withdrawals during the class session made inside of seven (7) days from the day of class. If there is a waiting list and your spot can be filled, you will receive a refund less 20% of the class registration fee.
If for any reason it is necessary for me to cancel a class, a full refund will be given or I may reschedule the class at a different date/time. If the adjusted schedule does not work for you, you will receive a full refund or receive a like-credit for a later session.

All refunds will be sent out within 14 days of receipt of cancellation request.
I do not accept responsibility for the loss of travel-related costs or fees due to the cancellation of a class.
Required Attire & Safety Glasses:
For your safety, all participants must wear closed-toe, and full heel coverage shoes.
Additionally safety glasses will be provided to each participant for the duration of the class. Participants must wear safety glasses or personal eye-wear throughout the duration of the workshop.
Adults Only - No Participants Under 18
The workshops are an "adults only" event. Do to the hazards of working with glass, children under 18 will not be allowed in the studio.
Please make sure to have any necessary child-care arrangements in place prior to arrival.
