I started working with glass just under 15 years ago when I was drawn to an art medium that I'd always found fascinating. My first memory of glass was visiting Pilchuck Glass School years ago. I remember watching the artist's & was intrigued by the process. Like for many, life limited time for creativity. I’ve had the goal of challenging myself with this amazing medium and finally made the leap into the deep end and haven't looked back.

I started my journey with a basic fusing class & quickly fell in love with working with glass. I'm always exploring new ways to work with glass and have taken a variety of classes, learning from each of the glass artists their unique processes in creating beautiful art.

I've always been drawn to the imagery of painting on glass and have been following Master Glass Artist Narcissus Quagliata and the idea of using a combination of sheet glass, frit & enamel to create fluid and multi-faceted pieces. The creativity of this process strongly resonates with my artistic vision and my love of color and layering.

I was so fortunate to have had the opportunity to attend a multi-week summer workshop at Pilchuck Glass School for their 2025 Session 4: Archetypes and Icons, Painting with Glass. The workshop was led by Narcissus and I'm truly excited about the skills, insight and friendships that I gained while I was there.

I look forward to collaborating with artists and building relationships, sharing ideas & the excitement this brings.
